I am one of the leading names in automation, generative AI and n8n in Brazil. Over more than 20 years in technology I have worked across billion-dollar corporations, startups and consultancies.
Today I am an n8n Expert Partner Premium in Brazil, Executive Director — AI & Innovation at ed, and founder of Flowgrammers AI Academy.
When I started there was no clear track for automation or AI. I built my own while juggling study, family and work — and that is where the mission took shape: teaching people to build intelligent systems.
Today I lead Flowgrammers AI Academy, the first Brazilian community dedicated to training automation managers and AI agent builders.

Who is Ric Neves?
Ric Neves (Ricardo Neves) is a Brazilian technology executive with 20 years of experience, specialised in applied artificial intelligence, process automation and the n8n platform. How does the 1:1 mentorship work and what does it cost?
It is an individual programme over Google Meet, in ninety-minute sessions, covering positioning, business, automation and monetisation with AI. There are three plans: Essential, with 2 sessions, 30 days of support and 1 year of access to the Flowgrammers ecosystem, at R$ 3,997; Advanced, with 4 sessions, 60 days and 2 years, at R$ 6,997; and Complete, with 6 sessions, 90 days and lifetime access, at R$ 9,997.
